Overview

LVDS18 RX CUP and LVDS18 RX TERM CUP belong to SGIO IO T040GP, which is Sankalp's General Purpose IO library in 40nm TSMC G process. LVDS18 RX CUP is a LVDS receive cell which operates on a 1.8 V supply, at frequencies upto 800 MHz (1.6 Gbps). A variant LVDS18 RX TERM CUP is avaliable with 100 W input termination. Each of the above is a LVDS receive cell which operates on 1.8 V supply, at frequencies upto 800 MHz (1.6 Gbps). Power supply sequencing independent (PSSI),Wire bond & Flip chip compatible are some of the salient features for this cell. Cell dimensions are 50μm
x 170μm.
