Overview
The IQADC12B80MU13 is a high performance, compact 12-bit ADC macro that utilizes an innovative architecture coupled with proprietary digital signal processing techniques to achieve best-in-class area and power efficiency.

The IQADC12B80MU13 is ideal as a drop in macro in that it includes all requisite references and reference buffers and may be operated without the use of external reference bypass capacitors.

Owing to its unique architecture and construction, the design is especially tolerant of process porting to multiple foundries.

Dynamic biasing dependent on the clock rate is provided to achieve optimal efficiency.
