Overview

The YFL6002-TSTS-VF combines the CAT and the AMBIST to give IC devices both the capabilities to authenticate securely and to self-test/verification fully autonomously; and at the same time, it is also a hardware accelerator for the SEA – capable of throughput up to 5Mbps per MHz clock rate with the max performance configuration.
