Overview

The YFL5001-CAT-VF is a pioneering solution designed specifically for authenticating IC devices. Electronic devices counterfeiting has become increasingly common and sophisticated; protecting the electronic devices IP is increasingly important for keeping the profits and staying competitive for IP owners and companies. The CAT is based on the ternary capability SEA technology which generates the cipher and the signature integrally and having OTSC characteristic. Such capabilities allows for both highly secure and highly efficient implementation of the device authentication functionality, exactly what are required of the authentication function – a subsidiary function – of a chip which should be secure, reliable, efficient, and not to cost area substantially.
