Overview

The cell is a fully integrated oscillator intended for dual frequency operation 144/192MHz (after calibration). A typical application would be for on-chip system clock. No external components are required. The cell features a Power Down Mode (PDM) in which the power consumption is very low. This makes the cell very suitable for portable and battery operated devices. The precision of the oscillation frequency is better than ±1000ppm over the full temperature range (-20 to 90 Degree C).
