Overview:

The Xilinx Image Edge Enhancement LogiCORE IP enhances the edges of objects using a set of programmable Sobel and Laplacian filters to increase the image contrast in the areas immediately around an edge. This improves the apparent sharpness of a frame of video by enhancing the edge contrast of objects in the frame.
