Overview
NovoBytes (previously NovoBlox Nano) is an enhanced ROM-style Memory based on our (2002) original, reliability-leading, patented Smartbit™ bit cell design. The NovoBytes antifuse product line features a high density solution (8K-64K bits) with a 70% smaller footprint than our renown original NovoBlox OTP. Like all our Smartbit-based OTP, NovoBytes programs _dynamically_ until all bits are programmed in the first cycle, ensuring 100% bit programming without need for redundant bits in design, area consuming ECC, or time for additional bit reprogramming cycles to correct for unprogrammed Gaussian "tail bits" as in time-based programming. Extraordinarily stable at up to 175º.
