Overview

ARM® Artisan® SC9 Standard Cell Libraries are used for mid-range, balance performance applications. The Artisan SC9 Standard Cell Libraries contain an extensive selection of combinatorial and sequential cells. Library functions are available in multiple drive strengths to facilitate fast, dense and power-efficient designs. The Standards Cell Libraries for the TSMC 180nm process are delivered with a complete set of models for industry-standard EDA tools. All libraries are silicon tested at various voltage and temperature conditions and correlated with library models.
