Overview

The Cypress Flash Non-Volatile Memory is built using a very robust technology called SONOS. It is compatible with the logic technology. EEPROM IP flavors are also available in various densities. It is a good alternative to OTP, MTP & FTP technology. This technology is proven in SOCs especially working with CPUs. Various densities of this memory is used with Cypress processor & cpu chips. This IP is compatible to build 8051 MCU & Flash on the same SOC. Other IPs available on this technology include:
