Overview
NovoBytes MTP (previously 2nTP) is the industry's first multi-time write antifuse technology that allows 2^n times programming. NovoBytes MTP supports 2,4, or 8 times write in standard configurations, and up to 1000X writes in custom config. The IP offers 60% area savings compared to using multiple cascaded OTP blocks for the same number of writes. NovoBytes MTP bridges the gap between one-time-programmable and greater than 100 time programmable non-volatile memories. NovoBytes MTP is a 2^n times one-time-programmable (OTP) that can be embedded in standard Logic CMOS with NO additional process steps or post processing, and can be routed over as required.
