Kilopass Technology's Extra Permanent Memory or XPM technology is built using standard, commercially available CMOS logic process technologies and is silicon proven to deliver high density, high performance, and high reliability electrically field-programmable embedded one-time programmable (OTP) NVM solutions at a low cost. A unique benefit of XPM embedded NVM technology is that it provides designers with a physically secure (Xtreme Security) non-volatile memory technology that is very high density. Over 100 customers have integrated XPM in over 300 designs from 180nm to 40nm. Applications range from a few hundred bits for unique ID to prevent cloning to multiple instances of 1Mb for program code storage. Many of the designs up to 65nm have been in high volume production.
