Overview

The CC10160ADC-U40LP is a fully
differential high-speed low-power and low
die-area pipelined ADC core designed in
40nm CMOS technology
Using a multibit pipelined topology, the ADC
converts to 10-bits resolution at 160MSPS
at a very low power.
The reference voltages for the ADC are
internally generated and do not require any
pins.
A power down capability is included for
extremely low power dissipation in stand-by
mode.
