Overview
The S3REG605GF18 is a 5V tolerant low drop out
regulator circuit which has been designed to provide 1.71-1.89V with a load current of up to 100 mA, having a low area and high accuracy.
This IP also contains an over current detector (OCD), power good detector and in-rush limiter.
