The S3DC521TC18LP is a DC/DC converter circuit designed to provide 1.8V with a load current of up to 100mA. The output voltage is programmable in 80mV steps. Different output currents can be provided, and the IP area can be optimized for each dimensioning.
The block contains an internal oscillator, or alternatively an external clock can be used. Designed for integration in multi-processor SoCs targeting wireless networking, portable media player and other applications.
The S3DC521TC18LP can also be used in applications with an Audio Codec or RF tuner.
