LAS VEGAS, NV--(Marketwire - January 7, 2010) - CES 2010 -- Avnera Corporation, the pioneer in Analog System on Chip (ASoC) technology for consumer electronics devices, announced today that it will be demonstrating its wired-quality wireless audio technology to a limited number of customers, partners and press at the 2010 Consumer Electronics Show in Las Vegas, Jan. 7-10.
Three weeks ago, Avnera announced its newest generation of ASoCs: AudioMagic™ 2G (AM2G). AM2G is the world's first solution to enable multiple, simultaneous streams of uncompressed HD-quality audio in any wireless send/receive combination. AudioMagic 2G employs seven wireless audio technology breakthroughs to enable a wired-quality wireless audio experience in both fidelity and ease of use at affordable prices for the everyday consumer. Moreover, Best Buy recently announced that Avnera's AM2G chipset and platform is the underlying technology behind its newly-minted Rocketboost wireless audio initiative.
