Kilopass Technology Company Description

Kilopass provides the most advanced, reliable, and low-cost embedded NVM (non-volatile memory) solutions available today, with over 100 customers and over 800,000 wafers shipped. The Company's embedded NVM is built for standard logic CMOS process and requires no additional masks layers or wafer processing steps. All products utilize anti-fuse-based technology for implementing the most cost effective one-time (OTP) and multi-time (MTP) programmable embedded NVM solution. XPMTM OTP is ideal for SOC requirements including secure storage of encryption keys, ID, configuration/parameter and trim/calibration data. GustoTM OTP provides larger densities than XPMTM and is targeted for SOC on-chip micro code storage. The newest product, IteraTM, delivers embedded MTP NVM capability for the first time to SoC designs that are implemented in standard logic CMOS at 40nm processes and below on all major foundries.
