Kilopass provides the most advanced, reliable, and low-cost embedded NVM (non-volatile memory) solutions available today, with over 80 customers and over half a million wafers shipped. The Company's one-time programmable (OTP) XPM and Gusto technology is a standard logic CMOS non-volatile memory that requires no additional processes or mask steps. It is inherently an antifuse-based OTP technology; however, it provides excellent support for limited multi-time programmable (MTP) application requirements. XPM is ideal for SOC requirements including secure storage of security keys, ID, manufacturing codes, authentication, biometric data, configuration / parameter storage, trim / calibration. Gusto provides larger densities than XPM and is targeted for SOC on-chip micro code storage to replace embedded Flash or external serial Flash/EEPROM.
